Admissions Requirements
Application deadline for the 2013-2014 school year was March 1, 2013. Applications received after this date may be considered on a space available basis.
Families interested in applying for admission can begin by calling (415) 346-9500 or e-mailing admissions@mdasf.org to schedule a school tour. Tours are offered on Wednesdays at 9 a.m.
