Charles Phan, chef and owner of the Slanted Door group of restaurants, teamed up with other top San Francisco chefs for the Mission Dolores Academy benefit luncheon.
Thank you to everyone who joined to give local children opportunities they need to learn and succeed in a values-based environment. The new Mission Dolores Academy offers a beacon of hope for students who otherwise would not have access to a high-quality education that prepares them to succeed in the best high schools. Over 80 percent of our students rely on tuition assistance that allows them to attend Mission Dolores Academy, giving San Francisco’s neediest students a chance not just to grow, but to thrive.
